At XTRIDE ACADEMY, we believe strongly in the need for individualisation and flexibility in both a training plan and cycle. We’ve seen countless “cookie-cutter” plans and templates that many individuals followed without understanding what or why they were doing the exercises and how to periodize their training.
We don’t believe in giving up the important aspects of your current lifestyle (family, work, hobbies etc.) when following a plan. Fitness levels, lifestyle, work habits and many other factors should be factored in. Adjustments should also be considered when sudden changes in our client’s schedule arises and how they feel. Only then, will we be able to ensure that the client maximises their route towards their goals while minimizing injury risk.
